Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Diver's Point Online Store. Following are the terms and conditions:
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 2 working days.
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation of payment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Delivery Lead Time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Metro Manila - 2 to 3 working days
Luzon - 3 to 10 working days
Visayas and Mindanao - 7 to 14 working days
Island - 10 to 20 working days
Courier
- Grab Express / Lalamove (Metro Manila Only)
- LBC (Nationwide) Branch pick-up only for out of delivery zone address
- AP Cargo (Selected Areas Only)
- J&T Express (Nationwide) Branch pick-up only for out of delivery zone address
We ship nationwide, but not internationally, at the moment.
For deliveries via Lalamove, Grab, or AP Cargo Courier, please select “Pick-up” under Delivery Method at checkout and indicate whether you’ll use Lalamove, Grab, or AP Cargo. The shipping/delivery fee will be charged upon receipt of your item(s).
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
A tracking number will be provided to our customers by email and on all orders placed through our website. It is the responsibility of our customers to track their shipments and be on the lookout for their order to arrive. If your order is not received in reasonable time, please notify us within 10-15 days after shipment so that we can investigate and provide a solution.
Also, if your shipping address is out of delivery zone, where impossible to do door-to-door delivery, your package may be delivered to the central office or hub for pick-up.
